Store Credit and Exchange Policy
Our exchange policy lasts 72 hours after you have received your item. If 72 hours have gone by since you have received the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange. Upon receipt of your item if it arrived in a damaged condition, or if it doesn't fit correctly please email us within 72 hours of receipt at email@example.com to process your exchange request. Please specify in your email the reason for the exchange, the size you would prefer, or if you would prefer a store credit to purchase a different item. Also, to complete your return we require you to include your order confirmation # in the subject line of your exchange request email sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Additionally, to be eligible for exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, be unwashed, free of any perfume or odors, and have the Chloe Eco Boutique tag attached. Once your exchange is received, inspected, and meets the conditions stated above we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Upon receipt of this email you will have 7 calendar days to ship the item back to us, and send your item to: 207 Lark Hollow Ln, League City, TX 77573. The customer will be responsible for any costs incurred to return the item but will not be charged for shipping of your replacement item.
Accessories CANNOT be exchanged at anytime. The below items will be considered ACCESSORIES:

We do not give CASH refunds at anytime. All refunds will be in the form of a store credit/discount. Once your exchange is received, inspected, and meets the conditions stated above we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your store credit/discount will be processed, and sent to the email you have provided in your return request within 10 calendar days. Store Credits will be in the amount of the original purchase price for the item. Your store credit will contain a purchase code which you will enter at checkout to apply the applicable discount to your next order.
Late Store Credits
If you haven’t received your store credit within 10 calendar days of receiving our confirmation email for your return. Please email us at email@example.com so we may check the status and process your store credit.
Only regular priced items may be eligible for exchange or store credit, ALL sales are FINAL for sale/clearance items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
All customers returning an item to us should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and Chloe Eco Boutique will not be responsible for any items lost during return shipping.
